10:00am - 4:00pm: Grand Tasting: The Grand Tasting presents an opportunity to join over 150 winemakers and wineries pouring to more than 750 key wine trade and media delegates, from Australia and overseas, as part of the largest and most comprehensive industry tasting event ever held in Adelaide. Registration opens from 9:00am.
10:00am - 4:00pm: Providores' market: Fresh Australian food and produce will be available throughout the day in the Providores' market for all delegates to sample.
